If you agree to the policies, you’re ready to complete an IDI New Member Application.

• Download the application form (Microsoft Word 97 format);
• Complete the form – either by printing it out and completing by hand, or loading into Word and completing it electronically;
  
• Return the form to IDI by fax, email or courier.
  
• Send your latest financial statements in confidence to IDI’s auditors:
